Ed Hurtado, WEMT-P

Ed Hurtado is a Colorado paramedic/firefighter with 20 years of high-volume wildland and urban experience. He regularly teaches ACLS, PALS, CERT, and Fire Science, and is a graduate of our Wilderness EMT program. When Ed is not fighting fires and saving lives, he enjoys mountaineering, mule packing, hunting and fishing in the Greenhorn Mountains. Ed completed his WMA Instructor training in 2004, and has joined us as an assistant instructor in Wilderness and Rescue Medicine.
